Player Information
Privacy
What Eternal Pairs stores, what it does not collect, and how players remain in control.
Plain-language summary
Eternal Pairs does not include accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, online purchases, or developer-operated cloud saves. Game progress and preferences remain in the browser on the device where the game is played.
Information stored on your device
- Settings and accessibility preferences
- Scores, achievements, Journey and Daily progress
- Gallery discoveries, titles, relics, and mastery
- Active-chamber recovery and checksummed save backups
This data is stored through the browser’s local storage. It is not sent to the game developer by the game code.
Information not requested
- Name, email address, or account credentials through the game
- Precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone
- Payment, advertising, or cross-site tracking data
- Player progress through a remote game server
Your controls
Use Settings → Export Save to create a portable backup. Importing a save always presents an inspection step before restoration.
Clearing site data or uninstalling the browser app can erase local progress. Export a save first if you want to retain it.
Hosting and support
The website or store that delivers the game may process ordinary request information such as an IP address or browser type under that provider’s own terms. Eternal Pairs does not add its own analytics or tracking.
A copied diagnostics report includes build and layout health but no scores, currency, discoveries, or other progress values.
If you voluntarily email the support mailbox, it receives your email address and the message or attachments you choose to send. That information is used to respond to the support request; the game itself does not transmit it.
Policy changes
If a future version adds accounts, analytics, online services, advertising, or purchases, this policy and the release gate must be updated before that version is published.
